 How  to Hide camera from Live View

             In this chapter we will discuss about how to hide a particular camera from Live View but Recording should not be stopped. So lets discuss in detail. Kindly go through the below video link.

Hiding Camera from Live View


1. First Login the DVR/NVR with admin user only.

2. After Logged in go to main menu >> system >> account option.

   In every DVR/NVR you can find account or user option from             there we have to edit the settings.

3. In the account most commonly you can find the users like admin        and common or default users. We cannot edit the admin user              settings. so we have to use common or Default user.

4. Select the default user, then select modify user option.

5. From there you can disable the Camera which is you don't want to

   view by customers or strangers.

6. Then click Apply or OK option to save the settings. (Kindly Refer above Video Link)

7. Then once logout the DVR then check that camera will not show.

    It will show locked symbol.

8. You will get the live view only if you logged in the DVR with          admin user. Otherwise video will not show.


9. But this will not affect the Recording setting. You can view the       playback as usual.
