      In this I will tell you about how to reset password for the Hikvision DVR, NVR and IP cameras. Kindly follow the below process to reset the Password



1.To reset the Password for the Hikvision device we have to use SADP tool. 

2. From that tool we have extract one xml file after clicking forgot password option.

3. Then we have to mail that file to Hikvision Support. 

4. From them we will receive one file in the name of encrypt...

5.We  have to import that encrypt file after typing the password what we want. 

6.The Password should be in the combination of alpha numeric with special characters like cctv@123.

  How to solve Black and White issue in DVR ?    In many cases we have seen that our camera view is in black and white in day time also. So in this video I will tell you about how to solve that black and white problem and make that camera view in color. In that case you have to change mode to get color view. ·         Go to Settings >> camera >> Edit camera >> camera Signal . ·         Select the channel ·         Change DVR mode to your CAMERA mode & save.
